You can get Early Access to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Open Beta if you pre-order or pre-buy any digital or physical version of the game. This is what the official Activision site says, and there are no other ways to get in.

Why Are The Codes Needed For Call of Duty?

It’s important to note that codes are only needed for people who buy a physical copy of the game. If you pre-order or buy a digital version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, you will be registered automatically.

So, if you have a PS4 or PS5, you can go to the PlayStation Store today, September 14. And start the pre-download process.

On September 16, PlayStation players can use a code to get Early Access. On September 22, Xbox and PC Battle Net players can do the same. Also, you should know that on September 24, there will be an open beta that all players can join without having to pre-order the game.

  • You’ll need to be logged in to your Activision account to enter your Early Access code. If you don’t have an Activision account, you can create a free one.
  • Once your Early Access code is successfully redeemed, you’ll receive a success message confirming your registration for Early Access.
  • Before the Beta begins, registered players will receive an Early Access Beta token via email. This token can only be used on the platform you selected when you redeemed your Early Access code.
  • To ensure you receive updates on the Open Beta, double-check your email address and make sure it is up to date in our system. Log in to your Activision account to check or make changes to your registered email address.
